today...

i was do an experiment...

"self-making organic enzyme"...

100% organic...

100% effective...

my enzyme is lemon flavour...

like it... ^^

however...

this enzyme can not be serve as drink!!

they can only use as cleaning agent...

act as detergent...

wash floor...

wash toilet...

wash clothes...

wash dishes...

wash ... ...

then next time when you come my house...

you will be serve with a pungent smell of lemon...

haha.. XD

the materials of the enzyme...

are just simple...

and the steps are easy too...

materials:

1. some lemons with it's skin

2. some sugar

3. few water

4. a clean plastic bottle

steps:

1. clean all the materials

2. remember the proportional of sugar and water is 1:1

3. put all the things into the plastic bottle

4. close the plastic bottle with a tap tightly

5. place the bottle in a dry and cold place (better keep at store room)

6. after two days, check the enzyme and loose the tap sightly... it is ensure the gas that ferment will not fill the bottle... if not... hehe... it will explode!!

7. the enzyme is need to place along a month for it's fermentation...

8. the enzyme will consider fail, if you did not see any bubbles on it...

my lemon flavour enzyme... ^^ see the date i marked? 10-01-10 and a smiley face too... =)

ps: actually this my first trail... but i still talk until so pro... ==" anyway, hope it will success... long time no do "experiment"... i deduce it sure will success (with a scientist look)... XD the "harvest" time will on 14-02-10... hehe...
